Terms of Service

By accessing or using KikaPlay (kikaplay.se) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

KikaPlay provides IPTV streaming subscription services that allow access to live TV channels, movies, and series via internet-connected devices. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. Payment is accepted via Swish, Klarna, PayPal, and major credit cards. All prices include applicable taxes.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid.

Each subscription is for a single user. Sharing account credentials or providing access to third parties is not permitted and may result in immediate termination without refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will not be charged unless you actively choose a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hej@kikaplay.se. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until that date.

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute the service without written authorisation
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any technical measures we use
• Use automated tools to access the service

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors outside our control such as internet outages or third-party provider issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KikaPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
